Registration Information for new students

 

Building Registration Information

 

The registration procedures are very similar at every building. 

You will need to contact the appropriate building office(s) that your child(ren) will be attending. 

You will be provided a packet that contains registration forms to be completed and returned.

You (or your student's prior school) will need to provide these documents to the school:

 - Birth Certificate

 - Proof of Residency

- Immunization records

- Guardianship paperwork (if applicable)

- Custody papers (if applicable)
